Doctrine and Covenants 19: 26-27 And again, I command thee that thou shalt not acovet thine own property, but impart it freely to the printing of the Book of Mormon, which contains the btruth and the word of God—
27 Which is my word to the aGentile, that soon it may go to the bJew, of whom the Lamanites are a cremnant, that they may believe the gospel, and look not for a dMessiah to come who has already come.
2 Nephi 29: 3-5 And because my words shall hiss forth—many of the Gentiles shall say: A aBible! A Bible! We have got a Bible, and there cannot be any more Bible.
4 But thus saith the Lord God: O fools, they shall have a aBible; and it shall proceed forth from the bJews, mine ancient covenant people. And what cthank they the dJews for the Bible which they receive from them? Yea, what do the Gentiles mean? Do they remember the travails, and the labors, and the pains of the Jews, and their diligence unto me, in bringing forth salvation unto the Gentiles?
5 O ye Gentiles, have ye remembered the Jews, mine ancient covenant people? Nay; but ye have acursed them, and have bhated them, and have not sought to recover them. But behold, I will return all these things upon your own heads; for I the Lord have not forgotten my people.
D&C 98: 16-17 Therefore, arenounce war and proclaim peace, and seek diligently to bturn the hearts of the children to their fathers, and the hearts of the fathers to the children;
17 And again, the hearts of the aJews unto the prophets, and the prophets unto the Jews; lest I come and smite the whole earth with a curse, and all flesh be consumed before me.
2 Nephi 29: 1 But behold, there shall be many—at that day when I shall proceed to do a amarvelous work among them, that I may remember my bcovenants which I have made unto the children of men, that I may set my hand again the csecond time to recover my people, which are of the house of Israel;
2 Nephi 30: 7-8 And it shall come to pass that the aJews which are scattered also shall bbegin to believe in Christ; and they shall begin to gather in upon the face of the land; and as many as shall believe in Christ shall also become a delightsome people.
8 And it shall come to pass that the Lord God shall commence his work among all nations, kindreds, tongues, and people, to bring about the arestoration of his people upon the earth.
Zechariah 14: 1-9 Behold, the aday of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to abattle; and the city shall be taken, and the bhouses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then shall the Lord go forth, and afight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
4 ¶ And his afeet shall bstand in that day upon the cmount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the aearthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the bsaints with thee. {See also Jude 1:14-19, Deut 33:2. The saints are the general assembly of heaven}
6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the alight shall not be clear, nor dark:
7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
8 And it shall be in that day, that aliving bwaters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
9 And the Lord shall be aking over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.
Zechariah 13: 8-9 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be aleft therein. {2/3 of all the land will die}
9 {1/3 will be purified and will survive} And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will arefine them as silver is refined, and will btry them as gold is ctried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my dpeople: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.
Zechariah 12: 10 {They discover their True Messiah and give their lives to Him} And I will apour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of bgrace and of supplications: and they shall clook upon me whom they have dpierced, and they shall emourn for him, as one mourneth for his fonly son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. Zechariah 13:1 In that day there shall be a afountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.
Zechariah 13: 6 And one shall say unto him, What are these awounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was bwounded in the house of my friends.
D&C 45: 51-53 And then shall the aJews blook upon me and say: What are these cwounds in thine hands and in thy feet? 52 Then shall they know that I am the Lord; for I will say unto them: These wounds are the wounds with which I was awounded in the house of my friends. I am he who was lifted up. I am Jesus that was bcrucified. I am the cSon of God.
