Calendars - Part 2 - Heavenly signs are important to the Biblical Calendar

The New Moon and Full Moon are Biblical timekeepers, and eclipses are heavenly signs.

On their journey through space, the Earth and the Moon cast 3 different shadows, causing different types of solar or lunar eclipses.

FYI:  A "blood moon" is a total lunar eclipse

Sighting of the New Moon.  It starts illuminating from/near the right side.

Certain Biblical Holidays:
Rosh Hashanah -- on the New Moon phase

Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) -- on the Full Moon phase

Passover -- on the Full Moon phase

NOTE:  Under normal circumstances, you cannot have a solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse, at the same time.

However, something very unusual happened at the time that Jesus Christ died:  There {apparently?} was a type of supernatural Solar eclipse from noon until 3pm  ("sixth hour" equaled about noon and "ninth hour" equaled about 3pm).  Yes, three hours of darkness.  {Was this Planet X or Nibiru or something like that?}  Jesus died on Passover (a full moon).  There is "never" a solar eclipse on a full moon or lunar eclipse.  It's impossible under normal circumstances.

Luke 23:  44-46

44 And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour.

45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst.

-{Earthquake}-

46 ¶ And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

In the Americas:

Book of Mormon -- 3 Nephi 8:19  And it came to pass that when the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the storm, and the tempest, and the quakings of the earth did cease—for behold, they did last for about the space of three hours; and it was said by some that the time was greater; nevertheless, all these great and terrible things were done in about the space of three hours—and then behold, there was darkness upon the face of the land.

It's quite possible that the Second Coming of Jesus Christ will be similar to when he was crucified.  Could there be a solar and lunar event on the same date?  Keep reading.

D&C 29:14  But, behold, I say unto you that before this great day shall come, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall be turned into blood, and the starts shall fall from heaven, and there shall be greater signs in heaven above and in the earth beneath;

Matthew 24: 29, 30

29 ¶ Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Millennium:  Isaiah 66:23  And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.
